Minimum 15 years’ experience, ideally CISI RDR Level 6 (minimum 4). Salary plus bonus or Performance Package plus equity option.
Sales & Advisory Broker/Traders, minimum 7 years’ experience, CISI RDR Level 4 mandatory. Salary plus bonus or Performance Package plus equity option.
Ideally educated to degree level in law or equivalent, 2 years’ postgraduate experience in financial services compliance or other regulated field. Salary plus bonus.
Yearly opportunities exist for one exceptional graduate to join us as a trainee gaining experience in trading, investment management and compliance leading to the appropriate CISI RDR qualification and a long term career. Graduating students or recent graduates with First Class Honours in economics, law, business or accountancy should apply by Easter with a view of joining TJM in September of that year.
