The partnership approach that TJM adopts with both its clients and staff is extended to the work that it undertakes within the community.
We are committed to our values, which incorporate the principles of corporate social responsibility. Our beliefs guide our relationship with our clients and team members within our business and the wider communities in which we operate.
At TJM, we strive to build a positive legacy. We know we are in a privileged position and so we will always use our resources, both financial and human, to help others less fortunate than ourselves.
We welcome the opportunity to assist wherever possible and support charities and philanthropic organisations further their aims. In particular, we are happy to assist those involved in the areas of social exclusion and helping individuals with mental illnesses.
Inspired by Susan Jenkins OBE, TJM has formed its own charitable initiative, the Inspire Fund, which seeks to help young people fulfil their potential and goals by providing grants, loans, mentorship and guidance for the under 25s.
The highlight of the annual calendar is the Inspire Awards at St Joseph’s High School, where Sue Jenkins was an inspirational head teacher for 22 years.
